Bold Burnt Metal laquer (#24B13)

3D printed with the latest technology available. The cap body and section are constructed from Nylon 12, a lightweight and durable high-performance plastic polymer.

Thanks to the triple-start threads on the cap, it easily unscrews with just a single turn.

Burnt metal lacquer finish is a multi-step process that creates a unique, aged metallic appearance. It involves:

1. Base: Application of a base coat to prepare the surface for the subsequent layers.
2. PVD coating: Deposition of a thin, decorative layer using Physical Vapor Deposition, providing a metallic sheen and corrosion resistance.
3. Sanding: Careful sanding to create a distressed, aged look by revealing the base coat in certain areas.
4. Final coat: Sealing with a clear coat to protect the finish, semy-glossy unpolished. 

Due to the nature of the sanding process, each piece exhibits a unique character. The photo accurately depicts the exact piece you will receive. 

Equipped with a Bock Titanium #8 nib with ebonite feed. The nib is exclusively available in a medium/broad size, as we believe it is the ideal size for this pen. Each nib is inspected and adjusted to ensure proper writing performance. It offers a soft writing experience. 

Please note: this is not a flexible nib and the pen is not suitable for eyedropper filling.
