Lorem Ipsum Burnt Metal laquer
3D printed with the latest technology available. The cap body and section are constructed from Nylon 12, a lightweight and durable high-performance plastic polymer.
Thanks to the triple-start threads on the cap, it easily unscrews with just a single turn.
Burnt metal lacquer finish is a multi-step process that creates a unique, aged metallic appearance. It involves:
- Base: Application of a base coat to prepare the surface for the subsequent layers.
- PVD coating: Deposition of a thin, decorative layer using Physical Vapor Deposition, providing a metallic sheen and corrosion resistance.
- Sanding: Careful sanding to create a distressed, aged look by revealing the base coat in certain areas.
- Final coat: Sealing with a clear coat to protect the finish.
Due to the nature of the sanding process, each piece exhibits a unique character. The photo accurately depicts the exact piece you will receive.
